I honestly can't remember who did the original vector. I didn't plan to submit this anywhere but here it is. I always thought her eyes to be pink and I thought I was the first to think of that idea but I've seen some art submitted earlier than this with pink eyes so yeah. Don' say I did a good job with the vector itself, I only added the eyes.
I clearly just took the eyes from that Octavia image and recolored them but this gives you a little more of an insight to what she looks like without those MAGIC GLASSES.

Whether odd or interesting, MLP Wikia says she was seen in the show without glasses sporting 'very dark indigo' eyes, but it fails to specify anything specific: www.perbang.dk/rgb/160F2E/
Since I've skipped a number of episodes I can speak only for Green Isn't Your Color and the season 4 onwards opening sequence/theme song where she always has the glasses.
